EC DRAMA Terms of Service

These Terms govern EC DRAMA, a TikTok Mini Drama short-drama service operated by ECOKIXALLC.

1. Service

EC DRAMA provides short-drama discovery, episode streaming, viewing history, favorites, profile authorization, customer support, and optional advertising-supported episode access.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must use EC DRAMA lawfully and in accordance with TikTok platform rules. You may not bypass access controls, attack the service, scrape content at scale, resell content, misrepresent identity, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Content and availability

Drama titles, images, video, audio, text, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Availability may vary by region, device, rights window, or operational requirements.

4. Advertising-supported access

Where offered, a user may voluntarily complete a rewarded advertisement to unlock eligible episodes. An unlock is delivered only after the platform reports successful ad completion. Interstitial advertisements may appear at natural content transitions.

5. Accounts and data

TikTok authorization may be used to create a service session and synchronize history, favorites, and entitlements. Privacy practices are described in the EC DRAMA Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruption, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
